Victoria Park

Victoria Park was one of the first neighborhoods in the area to go through an amazing renaissance back in the late 1980s. Some of the oldest cottages built in Fort Lauderdale still remain. Victoria Park is filled with homes ranging from historic cottages and upscale homes to a wide variety of high-end townhomes. Centrally located between Las Olas and Sunrise Boulevard, it is in the heart of downtown which makes getting anywhere in Fort Lauderdale convenient and easy. The deeper you go into the neighborhood the houses become larger and more expensive heading towards the water. Without the Palm Trees you might mistake part of this neighborhood as being in an upscale North Eastern suburb of a major city.
