Wow, I don’t know where to start! Richard listed & sold our Mother’s condo in Lauderdale by the Sea, sold my brother his condo in Pompano Beach, sold my husband and I our penthouse on the ocean, sold our neighbor in Woodbridge her condo and many of our customers from Canada their oceanfront condos. When we have any issue with our condos like repairs/renovations, Richard is there to take care of it without our even having to come down to Florida. I affectionately call him my “Brother from Another Mother” as he’s practically part of the family!
