Richard has helped us buy, sell and then buy another oceanfront condo over the course of the past five years. He’s also helped a half dozen family and friends from Toronto buy oceanfront condos over the years. We can always count on him to help with all of the other intricacies of U.S. real estate. Buying is easy, but when it comes to selling and getting your money from the U.S. government things get very complicated. Richard brought us to a CPA to help straighten out the complicated process and made sure all of the paperwork and tax returns were handled properly.
