I first met Richard when I called about seeing one of his oceanfront listings. That property wasn’t really the perfect one, but only a few hours later he sent me a list of other properties that were a closer fit to our family’s criteria. My clinic and home are down in Miami, so I wasn’t really that familiar with Fort Lauderdale. My two athletically gifted sons were going to be attending high school in Broward and I didn’t want all of us to be making an hour plus commute every morning and night. Richard took me on a tour of all the different neighborhoods and explained what each had to offer. We found an amazing new construction two story in Victoria Park that was perfect for our family. He even made sure that my husband’s 19 ½” vintage convertible fit in the garage, since it’s too big for most. Even after that sale, Richard was there to help us with getting acquainted as to where the best restaurants, shopping and even yoga studios were in the area. I know I can call him any time and he’ll be there ready to help!
